First Response Our Customer Engineers can respond to a wide variety of calls, from the maintenance of desktop, network, barcode, line and laser printers to the integration of various operating systems with printer technology. CES also troubleshoots and supports terminals, controllers and plotters, and are first response to many desktop support calls.
Knowledge Center Help Desk The Knowledge Center exists as the single point of contact for all technical based support. Our Knowledge Agents respond to customer requests in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner. Agents ensure all calls are logged completely and accurately, respond effectively to requests, and provide a high level of first call resolution. For calls requiring escalation, agents quickly and accurately assign tickets to the next level of support, including information gathered and trouble-shooting steps completed. While presenting a seamless interface to the customer, we retain ownership of the calls, providing follow-up through resolution.
Network Management and Administration Whether you are starting out or upgrading your current network to the latest technology, our Network Engineers can help throughout the design and implementation process to ensure a secure and manageable computer environment is established. We can also provide documentation, performance analysis, troubleshooting and training for your staff.
Contract And Maintenance Agreements CES provides both large and small companies with the service of contracts and maintenance agreements. We believe one of our assets lies in the area of service and preventive maintenance. As computer dependence grows, so does the need to reduce the costly effects of “downtime”. Cost effective long-term service and preventive maintenance agreements provide our customers with ongoing service and we take pride in our ability to troubleshoot and prevent computer problems from getting out of hand.
Off-site Technical Support and Logistics We offer to our off-site Customers the service of technical support and logistics. CES has two full-time Technical Representatives that are located at our Headquarters. They are available for Technical Support, Parts Identification, Parts Ordering and assist as Backup Support to our contract Customers.
Barcoding From consultation to training and long-term support, we are one of the first companies in eastern Iowa to offer barcoding expertise. Because of its cost savings and improved efficiency capabilities, barcoding is in great demand in nearly every industry.
Product Purchasing We extend to our customers the service of product purchasing and strive to offer quality products at affordable prices. CES maintains multiple supplier relationships which provide the means to purchase sometimes hard to find products at the best price possible and in turn pass this savings on to the customer.
Cost + Purchasing This service is offered to many of our larger customers. When the customer finds a product that they want to purchase (maybe a one time buy) and do not have this company set up as a supplier, CES will act as a purchasing agent and facilitate the purchase for cost plus a pre-determined percentage. CES then maintains on our database for any future or reoccurring transactions.
Parts and Consumable Inventory CES maintains a large parts and consumable inventory. This gives our customers the added advantage of minimal downtime and the access to repair parts and consumables for equipment that is specialized or obsolete.
Label Setup And Design CES offers the service of barcode label set up and design. Using this process will enable your staff to spend their time on other strategic projects.
Documentation CES is proud of the service support we provide for our customers. In return we supply metrics of our accomplishments that display how we are meeting and exceeding our goals at representing your organization.
PCD (Process Controlled Delivery) This service is available for receiving, setting up systems and warehousing products. Computer systems and peripheral orders are placed with the Supplier either by the Customer or by CES Computers, with a ship to location of PCD, 120 Bryant Street, Dubuque, Iowa 52003. The equipment is received and stored until delivery is requested. When delivery is requested a process is designed to the customer needs.
Equipment Moves and Cable Documentation CES offers the service of equipment moves and cable documentation. Our technical staff will work directly with your staff to facilitate End-User moves. Prior to the move an interview will take place to determine the needs of the move.
Process Redesign and Implementation As we are involved in the day to day business of many of our contract customers we are able to offer the service of Process Redesign and Implementation. We seek out processes that are currently in place that may not be time efficient or cost effective, make recommendations for improvement and then follow through with the implementation process. |
